We are a long-standing company in the bakery industry, offering fresh bread and delivery services in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. We have been operating continuously since 1994. Our passion is quality and tradition. We operate in Chojnice, but our suppliers deliver bread throughout the province!

We protect our products against molds using natural lactic acid bacteria and thermally! We produce bread with a short recipe and extended technology. A novelty is yeast-free bread. Our production is based on rye acids with the addition of probiotics - naturally cultivated some strains of lactic acid bacteria very healthy for our body.

The master baker manages the production process and ensures a wide range of products. During the harvest season, our master goes to farmers asking about good Polish grain. We conduct a selection of grains, rejecting genetically modified grains. We constantly visit peasant farms looking for the "recipe" for bread and rolls "Spod Strzechy". We venture into Polish villages, Belarusian and Lithuanian "dierewnie". We search for old baking practices.
